Kootenay Lake Gran Fondo riders and those accompanying them will enjoy one full day of music, food and and free fun activities – all in addition to the rides themselves.  


Creston has something for everyone, from charming B&Bs to  clean and affordable motels where you can even pick your own fruit, to large, full-service Hotels.

After the rides, awards and wrap-up ceremonies, cyclists will enjoy a post-ride dinner provided in Spirit Square by Jimmy's Pub & Grill that's included in registrations. Those accompanying riders will be able purchase dinner tickets on site.

Or, head out to dinner at one of Creston's diverse restaurants, pubs and wine bars.  


In addition to Creston's many established restaurants, food trucks and local food growers and suppliers will be on main street or nearby streets. 


Also, three of Creston's premiere wineries also will be on site and/or offering shuttles to their own vineyard facilities.


Jimmy's Pub & Grill will be providing roasted chicken, cesar salad, fruit, dessert and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

The Creston Valley Arts Council's tent on Spirit Square will be Kids Central, offering face painting, watercolour painting and "coffee art."  A bicycle rodeo, jumping Castle and other activities are planned – including free, all-weekend passes to Creston's outstanding Recreation Centre!
